By accessing or using any service, tool, or page hosted under chatpacking.lol (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service, consistent with Discord's own minimum age requirement. By using Chatpacking you confirm that you meet this requirement.

• Harassment, abuse, threats, or targeted harm against any person or group
• Spamming, flooding, or otherwise disrupting Discord servers, channels, or users
• Distributing malware, phishing content, or any malicious code
• Scraping, crawling, or systematically extracting data from the Service without permission
• Attempting to reverse engineer, exploit, or circumvent any part of the Service
• Abusing our infrastructure, including excessive automated requests that degrade service for others
• Impersonating another user, person, or entity
• Any use that violates the rights of third parties, including intellectual property rights

Some tools offered by Chatpacking — including but not limited to selfbot functionality — when used incorrectly or for malicious purposes conflict with Discord's own Terms of Service. It is your sole responsibility to understand and accept the risks associated with using such tools and acknowledge .

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Chatpacking account. Do not share your credentials with others. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without prior notice.

The Service is shared infrastructure. You agree not to abuse or overload our systems in ways that negatively affect other users. Excessive automated usage, botting our own platform, or deliberately attempting to exhaust server resources may result in immediate account termination.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We make no guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Chatpacking and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. This includes, without limitation, loss of data, account bans, or any harm resulting from tools provided here.

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate access to the Service at our discretion, at any time, for any reason — including violation of these terms. You may also stop using the Service at any time.
